Guest sentiment
A snapshot of what local diners frequently mention about this location.
"Very nice people. My husband is Indian so we haven’t been to a lot of Indian restaurants! The samosas were wonderful and savory. The chicken korma was a little like coconut curry. The chicken tikka wasn’t quite spicy enough, the chef came over and took it back to make it spicier. Wonderful. Perfect meal."
"I recently travelled from India to Bangkok and was a bit worried about finding authentic North Indian food. To my surprise, I discovered TheStayCafe, and it turned out to be an absolute delight! The food was genuinely delicious and reminded me of home — rich flavours, perfect spice levels, and great presentation. The staff were extremely warm, courteous, and made me feel very welcome. Their hospitality really stood out and added to the overall experience. If you’re visiting Bangkok and craving authentic North Indian food, I’d highly recommend TheStayCafe. A perfect spot for anyone missing the taste of home!"
"Wow! Absolutely delicious food – every bite was so tasty and full of flavor. If you are near Nakhonchai Air bus station in Bangkok, you must try Thestaycafé Indian Touch. Only about 20 minutes’ ride and totally worth it. Highly recommended for anyone craving real yummy Indian food!"
"Best Indian restaurant in town! The food here is absolutely delicious — we loved it so much that we came back twice! Highly recommend this place to Nepalese, Indian visitors, and anyone who wants to try real Indian food."
"Great spot for Indian travelers or anyone craving authentic Indian flavors! The food is delicious and true to Indian taste. The place is clean and well-maintained, though prices are a little on the higher side. The host is friendly and welcoming, which adds to the overall comfort. A solid choice if you're looking for a cozy stay with good food in the heart of Bangkok."
"We love northern Indian food but hadn't had any in Bangkok. Thestaycafe was recommended to us and our group enjoyed every dish--Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken Korma and Chicken Biriyani. The place is small with a friendly staff and reasonable prices. We highly recommend it!"
"We got the 2 types of Veggie Thali and a veggie Manchurian. This food is seriously delicious. Quite light for Indian food thankfully and incredible flavour. Super fresh. The lady serving us was very sweet and helpful. Good vibes, incredible food and excellent prices. Often Indian food of this quality is crazy expensive. Partially eaten portions photographed, couldn't wait"
"We had a very delicious dinner there last night. Due to hours of getting to our hotel from the airport, we found this place, where the staff was still welcoming us with a nice smile and so much friendliness at 10 p.m. I forgot, as always, to say make it spicy, but the food was still really good! Vegetarian samosas were spicy and yummy! Thanks for having us."
